Phases of Construction
Phase One is the vision for your dream project. Together, we turn your vision into a plan, creating a master plan that neatly lays out the project.
Phase Two is the nuts and bolts of the build. That consists of all the rough-in work such as plumbing, electrical, insulation, and engineering.
Phase Three This is the trim-out phase. Where we put in the cabinets, tile, sheetrock and more. The master plan for Phase One begins to take shape and your house begins to look like your dream project.
Phase Four is the proofing phase. We hand you a big roll of blue tape, and you walk through it, looking for imperfections or things you may want to change. We have a punch list, and we check off all the boxes before we wipe away the last layer of dust and leave you to enjoy your finished project.
